It feels very bittersweet to move from the house you have lived in since you were born, but it also feels exciting with the change.
I guess I'll survive.
I'm litterly raised in the forest and I will really miss that part of our current home, the closeness and connectedness to nature. I feel like Noah in The Notebook :
"Noah listened to the crickets and the rustling leaves, thinking that the sounds of nature is more real and aroused more emotion then things like cars and planes. Natural things gave back more then they took, and their sounds always brouht him back to tha way man were supposed to be. There where times in the war, especially after a major engagement, when he had often thought about these simple sounds. "It'll keeps you from going crazy," his father had told him the day he'd shipped out."
... Therefor I've decided to try to decorate my new room so it'll get a touch of it, the nature. I don't want it to feel too sentimental/nostalgic though, so I'm thinking about using some oriental colours to the wallpaper of the room.
Maybe one of these will cover my walls? What do you think?
Are they too much? Is there a risk of getting tired of them?
Tell me!
Peace
